Yes! You heard it right. Facebook has launched a business suite app as well. You can get it from the app store.

But, currently Facebook is working on optimization of this tool and due to this it is not available for many businesses.

Let’s see how to get started with Facebook Business Suite.

To use a business suite to the fullest you need to connect your Facebook and Instagram business accounts together. If you have not connected to both accounts yet, then follow the steps shown below. 

If you’ve already connected accounts then you are ready to move towards the next step.

Steps to Connect Facebook and Instagram Business accounts –

• Step 1 – Open your Facebook Page.
• Step 2 – Go to settings.
• Step 3 – Select Instagram.
• Step 4 – To add an Instagram account to the Page, select Connect Account.
• Step 5 – Login window will appear, Enter your Instagram account’s Username and Password, and select login.

 If you do not have an Instagram business account, you need to create it or you can convert your personal account into one.

Accessing Business Suite on Desktop –

After connecting Facebook with your Instagram account you are ready to use the Facebook business suite. Login to business.facebook.com with your same credentials as your Facebook account, if you are eligible or it is available for your business then you will automatically be redirected to Business Suite.

Accessing Business Suite on Mobile –

Those businesses who are using the Facebook Pages Manager app on mobile will automatically see the option to opt into the Business Suite App.

If you’re not using the Facebook Pages Manager app, you can download the Facebook Business Suite app directly from the Android or iOS app store.

Facebook business is an easy-to-use, on-the-go solution to crosspost content and quickly reply to messages, comments, and manage everything at the same time. But this is just a start and Facebook will introduce more features in the business suite in future months/year. 

Facebook is planning to make the Business Suite the main interface for all sizes of businesses who use Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger. Soon Business Suite will replace Facebook Business Manager.
